Lucas Keller & Íris Ann are genuine food lovers who specialize in creating memorable food experiences & other culinary related projects.

Together they have a wealth of experience in the restaurant industry, including the creation of The Coocoo’s Nest, a beloved restaurant that was nestled in the old harbor area of downtown Reykjavík from 2013-2023.

The couple also founded Luna Flórens, a bar, café & boutique that was an expansion of their restaurant from 2018-2023.
